Deviated septum can cause asymmetric nostrils
Assymetric nostrils can be caused by a deviated septum. Septoplasty can help this issue and not only improve your nasal breathing but also nostril symmetry. A deviated caudal septum can be fixed with an open rhinoplasty approach and may need suturing techniques, PDS plate, or a bone graft to keep the septum straight.
