Nose surgery or a nose job for men must adjust for different cosmetic goals when compared to women. With male rhinoplasty, the dorsum or bridge of the nose must remain strong and straight or even with a little bump remaining. The angle of the tip must be 90-100 degrees as opposed to 100-110 degrees in women. The nose must remain strong in terms of projection off the face to balance a stronger jawline and chin when compared to a woman. Finally, the width of the bridge should not be overly narrowed as it may be for a more feminine petite look in women.
