Many are unhappy with the appearance of their nose and desire cosmetic changes through rhinoplasty. A good rhinoplasty can truly allow people to appreciate one’s eyes, lips, and hair. When I look through many of my patient’s before and after rhinoplasty photographs I notice how much their nose overwhelmed their face. The nose should truly disappear into the center of the face and not be a distracting feature.
