I have performed combination surgery with other plastic surgeons for rhinoplasty and breast augmentation. Rhinoplasty can be performed in combination with breast augmentation. It is important that if the rhinoplasty is performed first, that the patient is redraped and prepped appropriately to prevent contamination of the implants as breast augmentation is a much more sterile procedure than rhinoplasty.
