A common question from my Houston patients is whether they can have eyelid surgery with rhinoplasty. Eyelid surgery can be performed with rhinoplasty. Whether it is upper eyelid surgery or lower eyelid surgery for lower eyelid bags. Either of these or both can be performed at the same time as rhinoplasty.

There may be more swelling as the eyelids will typically bruise slightly and swell with rhinoplasty alone. The combined eyelid surgery and rhinoplasty will likely cause a little more swelling and bruising.
