Will a facelift raise my eyebrows?

When discussing a facelift surgery in Houston with my patients, many will ask if their brows will be elevated after the procedure. Facelift or neck lift typically improves the jawline, neck, jowls, and some of the mid face. It does not include the brows.

A brow lift entails releasing the eyebrows from the bone and suspending them to the bone. An endoscopic brow lift uses a camera to get a full release of the brows and resect the muscle for frowning. A temporal brow lift will only suspend the tail of the brow.
