Rhinoplasty for a long nose

Some of my Houston patients complain of having a long nose. This can mean a nose that projects out too far off the face or a nose that is too long from the top to the top. Rhinoplasty for a long nose could mean bringing the tip in closer to the face to decrease projection, rotating the tip to shorten the true length of the nose, or shortening a long deviated septum with septoplasty. A shortened nose may give the illusion of a more youthful nose and improve a long face.

Dr. Funk is a top rhinoplasty surgeon in Houston, Texas.
