Lower Eyelid Surgery or Blepharoplasty is a procedure to reshape the lower eyelid. Many of my patients complain of lower eyelid bags, dark circles, heaviness, and a tired appearance. Blepharoplasty helps to rejuvenate the eyelid and improve these issues.

Lower eyelid fat can be trimmed and sometimes even repositioned into the groove or hollowed area below the eyelid that creates the dark circle and bag. A small amount of skin can be removed just below the lash line to tighten the lower eyelid skin and improve fine wrinkles and thin crepe skin.
