Many of my Houston rhinoplasty patients will call and ask how much is rhinoplasty.  The cost of rhinoplasty varies from surgeon to surgeon and actulaly from nose to nose.  Each nose is different and may require more work.  Revision rhinoplasty is a more difficult operation due to scarring, poor wound healing, and the possible need for ear cartilage or rib cartilage.  

If you have functional or breathing issues with your nose, insurance may cover a portion of your surgery.  This may help fray some of the cosmetic fees especially for the facility and anesthesia.  However, insurance will not pay for cosmetic changes to the appearance of the nose such as reducing a hump, straightening a nose, refining the tip, or correcting a droopy nasal tip.
