Many of my Houston rhinoplasty patients are asking what precautions we are taking for those patients desiring rhinoplasty during this COVID pandemic.  Dr. Funk is currently operating at a surgery center where elective cases are permitted and determined safe in Houston and the state of Texas.  

All patients going to the operating room will be tested in Dr. Funk's office for COVID 5 days prior to their surgical date. Your temperature will be taken upon entering the surgical facility.  

Social distancing measures have been taken in the pre-op and post-op areas to keep patients apart.  Masks will be worn by all personnel and staff while in these areas and throughout the building.  All staff in the operating room will be wearing an N95 mask and eye protection.
