Non-surgical rhinopalsty is a common request from my Houston patients.  This is also know as injection rhinoplasty and reshapes the nose using filler.  This can be done to camoflauge a dorsal hump or correct minor assymetries.  Nonsurgical rhinoplasty for a bulbous tip can be performed to create more refinement for the tip.  However, this will also change the projection of the tip or how far it sits off the face.  The thicker the nasal tip skin, which can be seen with ethnic rhinoplasty, the more difficult to refine the tip.
