Many of my Houston eyelid surgery patients inquire about lower eyelid laser treatment.  Lower eyelid surgery for bags under the eyes will address these bags and loose skin under the eye.  Laser treatment will help tighten crepe lower eyelid skin but will not treat lower eyelid bags or significant laxity in the skin.  It is meant more for patients with very thin crepe skin with fine wrinkles.
