Many of my Houston facelift patients will ask if their facelift will need fat grafting in addition.  This will depend on the amount of deflation your face may have due to fat loss.  However, a deep plane facelift will frequently reposition fat pads to create a fuller and more youthful face without the need for fat grafting.
