Rhinoplasty and a Deviated Septum

Is a deviated septum fixed with rhinoplasty? This is a common question asked by many patients. Rhinoplasty typically requires obtaining some septal cartilage for grafting purposes. If there is a deviated septum then septoplasty should be performed to correct this deviation while a small amount of cartilage is removed for grafting purposes. The cost for septoplasty during rhinoplasty can be submitted towards insurance if desired.

Dr. Funk is a rhinoplasty expert who also performs septoplasty for deviated septum of the nose.
