Travelling & International Patients
Dr. Etai Funk’s expertise in rhinoplasty, face lifts, and other procedures has patients travelling internationally for an appointment with him. Whether you are local or travelling from another country, Dr. Funk and his team will ensure the best treatment and care throughout your stay. We know you are travelling far, so we want to make sure you have the most efficient and comfortable experience before, during, and after your procedure.
What we need from you before you travel:
If you are interested in travelling for a procedure, please contact us beforehand for a consultation.
We require the following items before scheduling a procedure:
- Photographs (front, right side, left side, and underside of nose)
- Deposit
- Brief phone interview with our patient care coordinator
Treatment & Care
Most patients meet with Dr. Funk for consultation the day prior to their procedure. Please plan on staying in Houston for at least one week after your procedure. About six days after your procedure, we will remove stitches and bandages and you will be able to travel or fly home. In the meantime, we offer experienced nursing services to come to your hotel room and take care of you throughout your stay. All patients must arrange for their own hotel/lodging and transportation.
Our office is in the Memorial area of Houston on 952 Echo Ln., Suite 140, Houston, TX 77024. Some nearby hotels include The Westin Memorial City, Hotel ZaZa Memorial City, Memorial Inn and Suites, and Homewood Suites Memorial City.
